We are seeking a motivated and professional Human Resources & Recruitment Officer to join our friendly HR team and help us continue to make Winstanley a great place to work and learn. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
* Support the full employee journey, from recruiting and welcoming new colleagues to ensuring HR systems and records are accurate and compliant.
* Manage safeguarding and compliance, including checks and documentation, and ensure recruitment processes are fair, inclusive and efficient.
* Support staff with queries, coordinate payroll changes and inductions, and contribute to the ongoing development of HR practices across the College.
Qualifications
* Organised and approachable professional with experience in HR or administration.
* Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualification, or the ambition to work towards one.
* Confident in handling sensitive information, comfortable with deadlines, and able to bring enthusiasm, initiative and professionalism to every task.
* Strong alignment with our values of equality, diversity and safeguarding, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
