Summary of Position Purpose:
* To support the HR team in the efficient and effective provision of HR services
* To undertake all HR administration
* To provide cover for the HR Advisor
* To contribute to HR meetings
* To assist the HR team in achieving the Company’s objectives
Primary Responsibilities:
* Update the HR master spreadsheet to show starters, leavers and data changes
* Ensure return to work forms are completed correctly, processed and escalated if required
* Update the HR system (Workday and i-Time)
* Monitor and respond to the HR vacancies inbox
* Monitor and manage the Holiday inbox, undertaking all associated admin
* Support the recruitment process, in particular blue collar agency workers
* Update the Operations headcount spreadsheet
* Prepare absence stats
* Monitor agency workers and provide data to support decisions on permanent Contracts
* Prepare Contracts of Employment and create personnel files
* Administer Donaldson e-learning
* Set up new starters on HR system (Workday and i-Time)
* Collate training matrixes throughout Company
* Update organisation charts, including photos of new starters
* Administer probationary reviews
* Take accurate notes at meetings, including disciplinary, absence and grievances, ensuring all statements are read and signed
* Provide cover for the HR Advisor
* Ensure all HR administration is undertaken in a timely, accurate and efficient manner, continuously seeking ways to make improvements
* Liaise with the finance team to provide accurate and up-to-date information on employees
* Keep up-to-date with legislation and statutory requirements, suggesting changes to HR policies and procedures
* Support the development and maintenance of a culture of positive employee relations
