Duties
* Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant or hospitality venue.
* Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
* Engage in food preparation and cooking, maintaining quality and presentation.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.
* Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Participate in menu planning and development, contributing culinary expertise.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in food production and preparation.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management.
* Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.

Pay: £12.50-£13.25 per hour
