About the Role
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll work across a variety of schools and year groups, gaining valuable experience while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ education.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Follow school planning or adapt lessons confidently where needed
* Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
* Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated and on task
* Differentiate learning to support SEN and EAL pupils
* Mark work where required and provide clear feedback to staff
* Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding procedures
* Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff
* Maintain consistency and high expectations in all settings

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Recent experience within UK primary schools
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
* Confidence teaching across different year groups
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
