Cygnet Hospital Kewstoke:
The hospital provides emergency admission services for men and women, along with pathways for women's rehabilitation, including a specialized service for personality disorder.
Set on over 16 acres of landscaped grounds overlooking the Bristol Channel, the beachside location outside Weston-super-Mare offers a peaceful, therapeutic environment with a broad range of therapies including CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and DBT.
Your Day-to-Day...
* Work 30 hours per week
* Partner with service users, families, and stakeholders to support recovery
* Build and maintain contacts with statutory agencies
* Lead on social care needs of service users
* Ensure service users and families are aware of their legal rights
* Participate actively in safeguarding within the multidisciplinary team
* Provide written reports to the team and other professionals
You are...
* A HCPC Registered Social Worker with a relevant qualification
* Experienced or passionate about working in mental health
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding, health & safety, data protection, confidentiality, and diversity
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* A team player with report-writing skills and attention to detail
