Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a hotel environment, and possess strong customer service skills. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests and staff.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms and kitchens.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and well-organised for efficient use.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks.
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
