In domiciliary, job satisfaction is a daily occurrence. Our on the road team visit patients in their own homes throughout the North East and Cumbria.
Your role will involve –
* Working from our modern office at Austin Boulevard, SR5 2AL
* Booking sight tests, hearing tests & aftercare for the team.
* Receiving phone calls form patients and liaising with optical assistant/ optometrists to help find a solution.
* Organising routes for the teams.
* Taking delivery of spectacles and allocating to days
