Job Description
Developing and managing production plans aligned with labour, equipment, and sales forecasts to ensure efficient resource utilization.
Collaborating with commercial teams to align production with customer demand, challenging lead times and improving operational efficiency.
Maintaining accurate capacity plans, work-to-lists, and performance metrics while ensuring timely release of production batch cards.
Building strong internal relationships to resolve production issues and enhance service quality across departments.
Ensuring data integrity in Paragon and support ISO standards compliance, including energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
