Salary: Starting at £50,000 + bonus (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 9 to 5, with on-call duties shared with the senior team

Service Users: Young People (EBD, Mild LD on ratios of 1:1)

* Ofsted Registration: Not yet registered (to be completed as part of the role/SC1,SC2)
* Status: Planning permission approved; final fit-out of home currently undergoing
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new 2-bed children's home. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing the service while ensuring the highest standards of care.
You should have:
Experience managing an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of regulatory compliance
A passion for working with young people with EBD
Who You Will Be Working For
This is a new company built by a strong, experienced team from top-tier providers. The leadership includes:
* Operations Director with 30+ years of experience
* Responsible Individual (RI) with 6 years of experience
The company was established in August 2024 and already has another home in operation with two young people. They have ambitious plans to grow, including a second home opening in Winter 2025/26, providing opportunities for progression.
