They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments. This is a key role within the business, requiring someone who is organised, confident, and passionate about property management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all blocks are efficiently managed, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in block management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle the administration of Section 20 Notices. Professional qualifications such as ARLA, IRPM, or RICS are advantageous but not essential. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of residential blocks and estates Administering Section 20 Notices and overseeing major works Liaising with clients, leaseholders, and contractors Arranging repairs, maintenance, and regular inspections Preparing service charge budgets and financial reports Attending AGMs and residents’ meetings Ensuring compliance with relevant property management legislation Maintaining accurate records and general office administration What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential block management (essential) Knowledge of Section 20 procedures and leasehold legislation ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification (desirable) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Confident team player with a positive attitude Commitment to professional development and ongoing training What's In It For You?
