Job Title: Fabricator Welder Job Type: Full-Time Location: Battle The hours are 13:45 to 22:00, Monday to Friday with overtime available. The salary range is £16.52 to £18 per hour depending on experience – this includes 18% shift allowance. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard, working from issued drawings, and contributing to the timely and efficient production of finished goods. Key Responsibilities of the Fabricator Welder Fabrication and welding of components according to technical drawings Managing issued drawings and ensuring accurate interpretation Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch Occasional site work as required Reporting health & safety and process issues to management Accurate timekeeping and work recording Supporting continuous improvement by following ISO9001/BSEN1090 quality systems Carrying out other duties as directed by management Key Attributes of the Fabricator Welder High attention to detail and accuracy Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Personable and team-oriented Strong time management and self-discipline Positive and proactive approach to work What We Offer to the Fabricator Welder £30-33k salary Staff bonus scheme after passing probation 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
