Key Responsibilities Join a collaborative and supportive team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport, and Credit Control to maximise customer satisfaction. Use active listening to understand customer needs and consistently exceed expectations. Handle inbound customer enquiries accurately, providing timely and high-quality service. Manage the allocation of back orders throughout the day to ensure efficient order fulfilment. Import and manage EDI orders from various systems, resolving any related issues. Take ownership of a shared team inbox, triaging emails and directing them to the appropriate teams or ticketing system. Effectively multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and develop skills by following procedures, using available tools, and taking responsibility for ongoing personal development. Actively contribute to individual and team targets as part of a performance-based bonus scheme. About You Previous customer service or sales support experience (ideal but not essential). Confident communicator with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
