Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: Northallerton
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday – Friday
Type: Permanent
Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce that we are working exclusively with one of our clients who are an International Food manufacturing organisation for the supply of a Technical Manager.
Responsibilities:
· General Maintenance of the Food Safety Management Systems
· Leading HACCP and TACCP teams
· Manage and support the QA team, leading them to deliver successful results
· To lead internal and external audits
· Monitor the departments KPS’s, ensuring targets are achieved and improved
· To carryout senior management meetings
· To investigate and respond to customer complaints
· To work with other departments to implement change
Requirements:
· HACCP Level 4 certification
· Excellent knowledge of BRC and leading audits
· Experience within a similar position in a food manufacturing environment
· Must have experience leading a team
· Good knowledge of Health and safety requirements
· Experience of implementing improvements and innovations
· Driven and Highly Organised
