Operations Coordinator
Pertemps have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join a leading manufacturing business based in Basingstoke. This is a full time, permanent position.
Operations Coordinator Duties:
1. Assist the operations manager with day-to-day activities
2. Assist with purchasing duties,
3. Daily processing on orders and progression through to fulfilment
4. Problem solving issues that arise to conclusion
5. Managing buying data for suppliers
6. Chasing purchasing reports
7. Supplier evaluation
8. Monitor inventory levels and queries
Operations Coordinator Requirements:
9. Experience in a purchasing or planning position
10. Operational knowledge
11. Excellent organisational skills
12. Proficient in Microsoft packages
13. Eagerness to learn and progress
14. Ability to quickly adapt and prioritise workload
Operations Coordinator Package:
15. Monday – Friday 9am – 4.30pm
16. Negotiable Salary depending on experience
17. Monthly profit based bonus
18. 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
