The role of the Associate Director, Modelling involves ensuring each medicine supported by high-quality, scientifically credible evidence aligns with decision-makers' needs for market access, reimbursement, and lifecycle management. The role requires collaboration across data generation, Medical, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and other teams to develop health technology assessments, economic models, and data inputs that support drug development and healthcare decision-making.

In this role you will
* Lead as the single point accountable Modelling Lead for projects in the HIV therapy area, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring high standards of scientific and technical excellence.
* Collaborate on evidence planning, study design, and dissemination of research findings.
* Drive innovation by engaging external experts and leveraging knowledge of policy environments.
* Propose and supervise modeling solutions, develop economic models for launch and HTA submissions, and ensure quality assurance of external vendor deliverables.
* Negotiate evidence development scope with stakeholders, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and lead internal modeling initiatives.
* Stay updated with innovative modeling methods, develop standardized tools, and prepare documentation for scientific advice meetings.
* Participate in external engagement, disseminate research findings, and oversee performance reporting.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
* Advanced degree in health outcomes research, health economics, economics, or mathematical modeling.
* Extensive experience in epidemiology, health economics, market access, or policy, especially in the biopharmaceutical industry or regulatory agencies.
* Experience adapting economic models to different countries, leading economic sections of HTA submissions, and developing models independently.
* Strong technical writing skills, publication record, and understanding of HTA methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Knowledge of HIV or infectious diseases is desirable but not essential.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of R is a plus.
