Our award-winning Kohler Waters Spa is the only one outside the US and creates relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for all guests and members. Led by our Spa Operations Manager, we are looking for Spa Therapists to join our friendly and enthusiastic team in our 5 Bubble Spa.
Responsibilities
* Carry out beauty treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
* Maintain the day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
* Ensure all equipment is fully operational and clean; report defects to the Spa Operations Manager and ensure sterilization of equipment and utensils.
* Liaise with the Spa Operations Manager and Spa Receptionist regarding scheduled treatments, changes and additions.
* Keep up to date with developments relating to product ranges and new treatments.
* Attend all relevant training courses.
* Assist guests by providing accurate information in a courteous manner, stay with the guest throughout the treatment, and promote appropriate retail products or additional services.
* Provide excellent customer service to all guests, consistently displaying a high level of service.
* Share knowledge of resort facilities, services and policies.
Qualifications
* Level 3 NVQ qualified Therapist with a passion for exceptional customer service.
* Ideally experience within a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to work well as part of a team and a can-do attitude are essential.

Remuneration
£13.20 per hour + commission on treatments and retail sales
