Hays HR is on the search for a HR Advisor (HR Generalist) to join my client for a minimum 3 month FTC to support a range of key HR initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with the wider HR team on this exciting opportunity to make a real impact by helping the organisation streamline processes, support the people managers and drive forward strategic HR Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to managers on ER cases
* Systems & Processes:
* Assist with updating and cleansing HR systems and manual records.
* Review current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for streamlining or automation, particularly around absence and performance management.
* Support the rollout of career pathways and the implementation of a competency framework across the business.
* Learning & Development (L&D):
* Facilitate and support training sessions for managers, especially around new or updated HR processes.
* Collaborate with the L&D team to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.
Experience required for the role:
* Previous experience in an HR Advisor / HR Generalist position.
* Strong understanding of ER case management.
* Comfortable working with HR systems and manual data.
* Experience in facilitating with experience supporting L&D initiatives.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
