We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our organic social presence. You’ll shape how AO shows up across every platform, driving awareness, engagement, and real impact through storytelling that resonates. You’ll lead the day-to-day across our channels, coach and develop a growing team, and work closely with brand, creative, and PR to make sure social is always part of the bigger picture. Responsibilities
* Own AO’s organic social strategy from top to bottom.
* Lead the day-to-day across all platforms—Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and whatever’s next.
* Spot trends, test new formats, and keep us ahead of the curve.
* Work with PR & SEO to create bold, newsworthy content that gets people talking.
* Set clear goals for every campaign and track what’s working (and what’s not).
* Coach and develop our Social Executive and Assistant—helping them grow and shine.
* Collaborate with brand, creative, and agency teams to keep social fully plugged into the bigger picture.

* Creative flair with a results-driven mindset.
* Experience leading social strategy and managing content calendars.
* A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills.
