About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Quality Manager to join a reputable and well-established manufacturing business in Kidderminster. This is a critical leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality Assurance (QA) across the site.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a positive health and safety culture, while also ensuring the company's products meet and exceed quality standards. You'll work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and senior leadership, leading the charge on compliance, employee wellbeing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Health & Safety Management

1. Take full ownership of the company's Health & Safety Management System (HSMS), ensuring legal compliance and best practice implementation.

2. Carry out regular site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.

3. Maintain and update the site's Health & Safety Policy, procedures, and risk registers.
