As Senior Change Manager, you will deliver human-led change to achieve real organisational outcomes that will in turn, support Allwyn to return more money to good causes. In addition to managing a portfolio of change programmes, you’ll need to look at the broader context of change within Allwyn, understanding complexities, culture, and the knock-on impacts of multi-programme change. You’ll navigate competing demands and shifting priorities with empathy, curiosity, and composure — ensuring change remains purposeful and sustainable. Most of all, you’ll ensure we inspire, delight and engage our colleagues — so everyone feels ready for, and excited by, what comes next. What you’ll be doing… This hands-on role will require expertise across all aspects of Business Change Management, you’ll draw from external experience and best practice, whilst leveraging lessons learned from previous Allwyn transformation initiatives and other cross-functional projects. This will include: Change Strategy, Planning & Implementation Develop and deliver change management strategies aligned with Allwyn’s evolving transformation roadmap Assess the impact of change across the business through people, process and technology dimensions Define and implement change action plans that not only consider what needs to change but importantly how the change will be delivered to colleagues Map organisational impacts and dependencies to balance innovation with operational capacity, capability and change load Stakeholder Engagement Identify, map and engage stakeholders across relevant business areas and change networks including Allwyn Senior Leadership Team, Game Changers and Business Champions Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholder groups to gain buy-in, alignment and shared accountability Partner with senior leaders to provide visibility of the broader pipeline of change (where appropriate) and the impact on people Influence sequencing and prioritisation to ensure successful, sustainable delivery Communication In partnership with the Communication Team, design and deliver communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect people to Allwyn’s transformation journey Ensure all messaging is clear, relevant and reflects a customer-first, human-led approach Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and people managers, helping them communicate and model desired change behaviours Training & Capability Building Partner with Allwyn’s Learning and Development team and third-party learning provider to create inspiring and targeted learning strategies that will equip teams for new ways of working Partner with the Transformation BRCM team to ensure a seamless handover of the Allwyn Change Portal (learning and resources) into Post-DCO/ BAU ways of working Help embed mindsets and behaviours that support customer experience excellence and cultural transformation Readiness Assessment & Reporting Conduct readiness assessments and track progress against milestones and outcomes Seek feedback regularly, to ensure colleague awareness, engagement and ability to support and sustain the change Identify, manage, and mitigate business change related risks, dependencies, and capacity constraints We are Allwyn UK, part of the Allwyn Entertainment Group – a multi-national lottery operator with a market-leading presence across Europe which includes: Czech Republic, Austria, Greece, Cyprus & Italy.
