The Library, Careers & Enterprise at the University of Salford is seeking to recruit an Operations Manager who will coordinate across the department to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services that make a real difference for students, graduates, colleagues, and external communities.

Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager works closely with the Director and leadership team, responsible for coordinating operational and strategic activities such as budget monitoring, priority planning, service evaluation, reporting, business continuity, risk management, and communications planning. They manage a small team supporting cross-departmental processes, initiatives, and projects, contributing to a highly effective and collegial service.
Applicants should have experience in setting and monitoring budgets, managing and analyzing data, and presenting insights. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to positively engage and influence staff at all levels, motivate and support the team, and foster a collaborative environment.
