What You'll Do
* Craft and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails—your mixology skills are central
* Take orders and serve drinks with flair and efficiency, ensuring every guest feels welcome.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar (e.g. restocking, glassware prep, polishing).
* Interact with guests—delivering friendly service, personalised attention, and quick problem-solving.
* Adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations (e.g. responsible alcohol service).
* Assist with closing duties and end-of-shift reporting as required.

* Cocktail and general bar experience—you're comfortable shaking, stirring, building, and presenting drinks with confidence.

The Fine Print
