Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge in the following areas: * Diverse Caseload Management: Managing a complex and varied caseload across different service user groups, ensuring person-centred care planning and high-quality outcomes. * Specialist Expertise: Significant experience supporting older adults, individuals with Learning Disabilities, those with physical disabilities, and people with Autism. * Safeguarding: Proven experience in safeguarding adults at risk, including conducting Section 42 enquiries, risk assessments, and robust safety planning in line with the Care Act 2014 statutory duties. * Community Engagement: Conducting necessary visits within the community of Derby (including service users' homes and other settings) to complete assessments and reviews. * Legal Frameworks: Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act (MCA) 2005, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
