Store Colleague - Bedford
Hours of Work - 12 per week
Salary - £12.21 per hour
As a General Assistant at Hobbycraft you will support the Store Management Team to deliver all aspects of the store operation, initiatives and performance. Delivering an inviting, inspirational and truly customer-focused experience is key to our continued success. You will demonstrate our brand values in every aspect of your work.

14. Shop Floor - you will deliver excellent standards and know what good looks like. You will be required to replenish stock, keeping the displays clean, full and tidy at all times. You may also assist in changing displays of stock.
15. Cash Handling - Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions.
16. Click and Collect – you will be required to assist with the Click and Collect process
17. Stock Control - Being vigilant at all times to help minimise stock loss and ensure tagging processes are followed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
18. Retail (or similar) experience is advantageous
19. A confident communicator who can deliver outstanding customer service
