The Role - Area Sales Manager
This full-time, permanent Area Sales Manager position with Bostik offers the chance to represent a respected name in the construction sector, supporting products used every day across the UK. You'll work with the full range of Bostik construction and consumer sealants and adhesives, partnering with builders' merchants, from national groups like Jewson and Travis Perkins to independents and buying groups.
Covering Kent, South London and Berkshire, you'll take ownership of a well-established territory. Your week will feel varied and engaging: visiting customers, hosting in-branch trade days, improving POS, planning special promotions, and delivering practical product training that helps teams feel confident in the range.
A big part of the role is building strong relationships, supporting customers to expand their ranges, and ensuring stock agreements are maintained. Reporting and admin are completed through Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
To be considered, you will:
* Already be in a field sales/territory management role, or working in a builders' merchant or trade distribution environment (ideally in sales).
* Enjoy connecting with people and building long-term relationships.
* Be comfortable using data to create effective account development plans.
* Be open to occasional overnight stays.
* Hold a full driving licence.

The Package
* £35,000-£40,000 basic salary (DOE)
