Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:
* Analysing and reviewing heads of terms for leasehold retail stores.
* Negotiating terms for lease agreements, including new leases, licences to alter, agreements to surrender, and collateral warranties.
* Reviewing titles, negotiating contracts and transfers, drafting reports, and responding to title enquiries.
* Conducting thorough property due diligence for all matters.
* Supporting the property team in developing streamlined and productive legal processes.
* Building and maintaining good working relationships with external parties, including property agents and external solicitors.
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:
* A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' experience in commercial property law.
* Experienced in handling all aspects of commercial property work, particularly leasehold acquisitions.
* Possessing excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
* Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and manage a large caseload efficiently.
* Proactive in staying updated with legislative changes affecting the retail property sector.
Job Offer
* This role offers a salary of £60,000-£65,000
* Hybrid working model requiring two days per week in the office
