As a Manufacturing Key Operative – Quality Controller you will perform routine checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with food safety and legality requirements. You will use relevant systems to record information, demonstrate traceability, and raise non‑conformances to prevent product withdrawals or recalls.
Responsibilities
* Conduct temperature probing, swabbing, weight and size checks.
* Record all findings in the site’s quality management system.
* Escalate non‑conformances promptly.
* Work within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
* Maintain personal fitness and adapt to temperatures around 8 °C and below (protective clothing provided).
Qualifications
* High school level or equivalent; previous manufacturing and food handling experience preferred but not essential (full training provided).
* Basic understanding of product allergens (desirable).
* Food Safety Level 2 and/or HACCP Level 2 (desirable).
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Shift
06:00 – 16:00 – Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun and then Week 2: Tue – Sat.
