What You’ll Need:
* Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
* Experience working within a nursing home environment.
* Senior nursing experience (e.g. Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse).
* Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards.
* Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement.
* Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards.
* Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff.
* Work closely with management to support safe, effective service delivery.
