Salary: £9,524
Additional Support Assistant (Independent Living Skills) x 2 — 16.5 hours per week (Term Time), 9:00 am – 4:30 pm availability required.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to learners with additional learning needs to access the curriculum.
* Work with learners in group settings, coordinating with curriculum and campus support teams to help learners reach their full potential.
* Provide personal care when needed as part of learner support.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience in working with young people who have difficulties and/or disabilities.
* Educated to Level 2 standard with four GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above.
Additional Details
The successful candidates will be required to support learners on a 1:1 basis, including providing personal care when needed, as well as work with learners on a group basis, working closely with the curriculum and campus support teams to ensure the learners meet their full potential.
