Our client is a property management company based in E5, looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team. This position is a front of house reception role which will also include providing administrative support to the property management team.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and Fridays, 9:00am to 3:00pm. The role also offers an excellent benefits package, including 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
Duties will include;
•Providing administration support to the team
•Dealing with incoming calls from tenants regarding property maintenance issues
•Ensuring all properties have valid EPC, Gas Safety and Electrical Certificates
•Property administration
•Maintaining office supplies and procurement of office supplies
•Front of house reception duties
•Handling and fielding all incoming calls
•Meeting and greeting clients
Candidates applying should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment, along with strong IT skills and proficiency in relevant systems.
