At Book Local, our tight-knit team is dedicated to providing guests with unforgettable stress-free experiences and offering owners a professional, responsive, and knowledgeable service

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organised people person with a 'can-do' attitude to join our friendly team and help out in our expanding business.

In addition to possessing exceptional customer service and communication skills to assist our guests and property owners alike, the ideal candidate will have experience in a changing day to day environment have situational awareness and common sense.

Much of the role will be 'front of house' welcoming guests/owners.

Local knowledge and a love of Keswick and surrounding areas to help guests make the most of their holiday here would be a great plus.

No two days will look the same, and the role will include helping as required with general tasks in the office and at all of the properties we manage in and around Keswick. Friday/Saturday/Monday are essential working days.

No experience is required as all training can be provided on the job. The below skills are desirable.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

* Eager to learn new skills, ideas and technologies
* Strong organisational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
* Front of house
* Responsibilities:
* Extend a warm and friendly welcome to our guests and owners.

* Efficiently handle inquiries, bookings, and requests from customers and guests.

* Daily administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, billing, managing
* Collaborate and communicate clearly with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Always maintain a professional and approachable attitude.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and efficient manner.This position provides an excellent chance for a motivated, amiable, and optimistic individual seeking a new beginning
