Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and weld structural steel components to high standards
* Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications
* Use MIG/MAG welding techniques in a production environment
* Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Fabricator Welder, ideally in structural steel
* Ability to confidently read and follow technical drawings
* Skilled in MIG/MAG welding
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
* Willingness to work permanent nightshift
