We are looking for compassionate and committed healthcare assistants who are passionate about delivering the highest quality two-to-one and one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her home.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a sociable lady in her 50s who lives in Runcorn with her family. She requires support throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis.
She is a very friendly and welcoming lady who has a busy family life and enjoys going out into the community. She loves to going out to garden centres, watching films at the cinema and shopping at M&S.
Throughout the day you will be required to assist her to enjoy her hobbies, interests and accessing her social activities, as well as meeting her clinical care needs, and supporting with her personal care and moving and handling requirements.
Throughout the night you will provide support with her personal care needs, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical needs when required. You will provide a safe and calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team
Essential Experience Required
1. 3 months of previous care experience
2. Personal Care experience
3. Medication Administration
Desired Experience
4. Motor Neurones Awareness
5. Nebuliser Experience
6. Ventilation Experience
7. Cough Assist Experience
We have the following shifts available;
8. Part Time Days & Nights
9. Days: 7am – 7pm
10. Nights: 7pm – 7am
Take a look at our pay rates
Weekdays : £13.50 per hour (£162 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Weeknights : £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Saturday : £14.50 per hour (£174 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Sunday : £15.00 per hour (£180 approx. per 12 hour shift)
Bank Holiday : £17.50 per hour (£210 approx. per 12 hour shift)
