The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals and landlord & tenant work, while supporting ongoing business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own commercial property caseload
* Negotiating leases and sale agreements
* Building client relationships and supporting team growth
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (2+ PQE preferred)
* Experience in commercial property transactions
* Strong communication, organisation and client care skills
* Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team
