Key responsibilities for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: Assist with the development of design proposals and presentation material across all RIBA stages Support senior team members in producing drawings, models, and visualisations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite Carry out site visits, surveys, and assist with the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to the team’s collaborative processRequirements for this Part 1 Architectural Assistant role: A recognised undergraduate degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 1 or equivalent) Strong design, drawing, and presentation skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with SketchUp or Revit is a plus A proactive attitude with excellent organisational and communication skills A keen interest in the technical and practical aspects of architectureWhy apply?
