As a Senior Sommelier, you will playa pivotal role in curating our extensive wine list, providing expert guidanceto guests, and contributing to the overall excellence of our dining experience.If you have a passion for wine, a wealth of knowledge in oenology, and a proventrack record of elevating the dining experience, we invite you to be a keyinfluencer at our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert recommendations to guests, suggesting winepairings that enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop andexecute wine-focused events and promotions.
- Manage wine inventory, order supplies, and ensure properstorage conditions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new releases, andemerging winemakers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sommelier or in a similarleadership role within a high-end restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals,supported by relevant certifications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andefficiently manage tasks.
- Familiarity with inventory management and orderingprocesses.
