We are seeking an experienced and delivery-focused IT Projects Manager to lead the planning and execution of key IT initiatives over a 6-month period. This role will be instrumental in managing vendor relationships, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring structure, clarity, and momentum to IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Requirements: Desirable Experience Experience capturing and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Familiarity with IT change management and systems integration projects. Qualifications & Skills Essential: PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification. Degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven experience managing IT projects and working with cross-functional teams. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Oversight Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. Track project timelines, manage resources, and ensure adherence to agreed schedules and budgets. Liaise with internal IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise architecture. Vendor Management Lead the selection and onboarding of third-party vendors. Manage vendor performance to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes and service levels. Stakeholder Engagement Engage and manage senior stakeholders across IT and business functions. Provide regular updates and reporting on project progress, risks, and dependencies. Quality Assurance Ensure that delivered solutions meet defined business and technical requirements. Maintain project documentation and support governance processes. Required Criteria Familiarity with IT change management and systems integration projects. PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification. Strong organisational and time management skills.
