Overview
Client Manager (Global Insurance Broker) – Cyber, Media & Technology Practice. Based in Norwich. Hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office per week.
Responsibilities
* The Client Manager (CM) will provide full support to both the Client Executive and Broker, and manage the placement process – new business and renewals.
* Onboarding of clients/intermediaries/markets, and handling collection and distribution of premiums, with routine servicing of accounts.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of CE/Broker requirements and clients within product lines and defined areas, with technical knowledge.
* Provide technical and administrative support and, depending on seniority, directly build relationships with clients, intermediaries and markets to ensure timely and accurate processing of placements and comprehensive servicing.
What you need to have
* The will to process instructions under pressure and a desire to develop relationships.
* Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
* Previous or current experience working for an Insurance Broker.
* Ability to build effective relationships with processing/fiduciary colleagues (onshore and offshore) to ensure clarity and prompt resolution of queries and payments.
* The range of tasks and depth of CM involvement will be guided by experience and seniority, spanning different grades and responsibilities.

* Comfortable with technical and/or diverse instructions from renewals to invoices via documents, presentations and endorsements.
