Production Planner & Customer Service (Nottingham)

Siemens Healthineers is recruiting for a Customer Services and Production Planner to manage logistics planning for the delivery of isotopes from our radiopharmaceutical production facilities in London and Nottingham. The role involves optimizing production capabilities and ensuring the timely delivery of radiopharmaceuticals, as well as managing customer communications.
Your role:
Production Planning
* Receive, acknowledge, and process customer orders.
* Utilize production planning software to optimize batch production across two sites for multiple products based on customer requirements.
* Plan logistics, including identifying and ordering courier services for radiopharmaceutical deliveries.
* Communicate with customers regarding production issues and delays.
* Maintain up-to-date customer licensing details within planning software.
Customer Service
* Address customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information.
* Communicate with customers about supply issues, delays, ETAs, and production concerns.
* Maintain customer contact lists in Outlook.
* Collaborate with departments such as Quality Assurance and Sales to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
Your expertise:
* Customer service and/or scheduling experience.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Customer-focused mindset and ability to address customer needs.
* Flexible time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
Working pattern: 2-week shift rota, covering either production planning (12 pm – 8 pm) or customer service (7 am – 3 pm).
