Job Summary
We are seeking a General Practitioner to join Henmore Health, working across our two sites at Ashbourne Surgery and Brailsford Surgery.
Main Duties
* Provide routine and on-the-day GP appointments
* Manage long-term conditions and complex patients
* Participate in clinical meetings, peer support and shared decision making
* Work collaboratively with ANPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider practice team
* Contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives where interested
* Work across 2 sites, with consistent systems and processes

Qualifications
* Qualified General Practitioner
* GMC registration
* NHS National Performers List registration
* Medical defence organisation registration
* Special interest (or interest in development)
