The Role:
You will lead and manage a range of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across sectors, advising corporate clients, private equity investors, and entrepreneurial businesses. As part of a dynamic national team, you will play a key role in growing the practice in the North West, leveraging a unique platform created through one of the most significant global deals in the professional services sector in recent years.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality financial due diligence and transaction advisory services
* Lead client relationships, manage stakeholders, and coordinate deal teams
* Review and challenge financial data to provide key insights to clients

What We’re Looking For:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with significant FDD or corporate finance experience
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
* Proven ability to lead engagements and manage client expectations
