Senior FP&A Manager – FTSE 100 Organisation (4-Month FTC)

Salary: £85,000–£100,000 depending on experience

A FTSE 100 organisation is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join its central finance team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This role will support core planning, forecasting, and reporting activities within a complex cost base.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver financial planning, forecasting, and reporting across operating and investment cost areas.
2. Support budgets, financial statements, and performance analysis.
3. Lead month-end processes and contribute to outlook and budget cycles.
4. Enhance driver-based analysis to improve insight into financial performance.
5. Simplify reporting to improve clarity and consistency.
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant requirements.
7. Identify and challenge key risks, assumptions, and drivers in forecasts.
8. Align financial reporting with business priorities and KPIs.
9. Share knowledge of evolving FP&A practices across the team.
