We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist with at least 3 years of experience to deliver exceptional treatments and personalised client care. If you're passionate about skincare, wellness, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you
About Us
The Works Beauty was established in 2016 and has grown from a home salon into a purpose-built space in the heart of New Malden. We offer premium treatments using Environ, CACI, OPI, Dermalux LED and Footlogix Medical Pedicures. Our aim is to combine five-star customer care with the warmth and privacy of a boutique salon.
Schedule
* Thursday afternoons (1:00-7:00 PM)
* Friday (10:00-6:30 PM)
* Every Saturday (9:00-5:00pm)
Total: Approx. 21 hours with more available after probation
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (must include electrical facials; CACI is a bonus)
* At least 3 years' experience in a salon/spa setting
* Confident in intimate waxing
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Self-motivated, professional, and organised
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of professional beauty treatments
* Conduct consultations and tailor services to client needs
* Promote skincare and wellness products
* Maintain treatment room cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Contribute to client retention and overall salon success
* Will need to be confident in opening and closing the salon
* Cashing up is required
