Rare opportunity for a mature, experienced, dynamic Head Chef to take the leading role in this well staffed kitchen (13 chefs KP's). You will have a love of using the finest fresh ingredients to prepare a mix of modern, traditional, classic and innovative dishes from around the world in a very busy pub restaurant. Experience of working to AA Rosette standard and high volume outlets is essential (catering for up to 1600 covers per week).
