Learning & Development Lead - Craigavon area - NI and ROI - High-Growth OrganisationMCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a rapidly growing, award-winning organisation with operations across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, to recruit a Learning & Development Lead on a full-time, permanent basis.This is an exciting opportunity to join a business during a significant period of growth and play a key role in shaping learning, leadership, and talent development initiatives across the organisation.Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the successful candidate will support the delivery of a progressive L&D strategy focused on leadership capability, management development, emerging talent, and employee engagement within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Supporting the delivery of leadership and management development initiativesCoordinating apprenticeship, emerging talent, and internal development programmesFacilitating training workshops, coaching sessions, and development activitiesSupporting succession planning, talent development, and career pathwaysManaging and promoting digital learning initiatives and Learning Management SystemsSupporting onboarding, mentoring, and employee development programmesProducing learning analytics and evaluating programme effectivenessBuilding strong relationships with managers and external learning providerPromoting a culture of continuous learning and development across the businessThe PersonThe successful candidate will bring:Previous experience within an L&D, Talent Development, or HR Development roleExperience operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environmentManufacturing, engineering or construction industry experienceStrong understanding of leadership development and employee learning strategiesExperience delivering workshops, coaching sessions, or management development initiativesInsights Discovery trained or practitioner-level accreditation desirableAwareness of apprenticeship schemes and early careers routes across NI and ROIKnowledge of digital learning platforms and Learning Management SystemsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsCIPD qualification and/or relevant L&D certification desirableThe PackageThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, alongside the opportunity to shape learning and development within a growing organisation and make a genuine impact on employee capability and business performance.To ApplyTo speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity, please send your CV via the link provided or contact Ryan Calvert (Assoc.
