Job Title: Mobile Engineering Supervisor
Full Time / Permanent / Work from home
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS9 6NF
Main Duties
* Planning
o Ensure adequate resources are in place at all times.
o Provide management of all direct reports.
o Analyse weekly report and apply appropriate actions as required.
o Manage and prioritise your own diary.
* Communications
o Point of contact for region Engineers and subcontractors.
o Liaise with Senior Management Team regarding contract/engineer needs/requirements.
o Liaise with Service Desk for priority works.
o Liaise with engineers to compile and provide quotations for chargeable works.
* Reporting
o Provide weekly reports on engineer's performance.
o Reporting directly to Hub Manager
o Provide a monthly Highlight communications' report to Hub Manager
* Health and Safety
o Assist engineers in compiling Dynamic Risk Assessments
o Provide regular toolbox talks to team.
* Team Working and People
o Monitor performance of Engineers and raise any issues when required to Hub Manager.
o Build and maintain client relationship.
o Work closely with fellow lead engineers to support and assist where and when required.
* Training
o Keep up to date with current regulations, legislation and ACOP's.
o Identify and provide business case justification for any training needs within the team.
* Accountabilities
o Accountable for day to day running of the Region.
o Line Manager for up to 20 directly employed staff.
What we are looking for
* Requirements
o Self managed engineer, to ensure regional targets are achieved.
o Proven experience of working within the FM industry
o Good working knowledge of general and technical maintenance tasks.
o Previous management experience desirable but not mandatory.
o Good working knowledge of Health and safety.

* Able to work under pressure.
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
* Must be flexible regarding working hours
* Must be available to join a callout rota
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must have excellent self motivation
