We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Administrator to join a busy and dynamic commercial interiors team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of workplace fit out and refurbishment projects, working closely with project managers, designers, and site teams from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

* Coordinating project administration, documentation, and reporting
* Assisting with procurement, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries
* Maintaining accurate project records, drawings, and schedules
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
* Supporting project handovers with well-prepared documentation and manuals
* Providing general administrative support to keep projects running efficiently

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, interiors, or property
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Procore experience would be ideal but not essential
