CNC Programmer
Key Responsibilities
1. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files
2. Create CNC programs using the appropriate software
3. Set up CNC machines and select correct tools
4. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate, high‑quality output
5. Conduct quality checks and measurements on finished components
6. Troubleshoot machining issues and contribute to process improvements
7. Maintain machines and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation
8. Collaborate with production and engineering teams
9. Support machinists with general workshop duties
Requirements
10. Minimum 2-3 years of CNC programming experience
11. Strong understanding of machining techniques and CNC software
12. High attention to detail and commitment to quality
13. Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
14. Must hold a valid work visa or New Zealand residency
