The role:
* Set up, management and delivery of local and global client projects
* Ensure a smooth implementation process both internally and externally
* Keep a strong line of communication with senior clients building excellent relationships
* Keep a commercial lens, spotting opportunities for growth and maximum impact through services
* Tracking financials and milestones
About you:
* Time served in a client facing client services, project management, account management role
* An interest/experience working in assessment, psychometrics, recruitment or leadership services is ideal
* Ability to set up, manage and deliver client projects
* A commercial mindset, with hunger to learn and grow
* Comfort managing complex projects
* Gravitas to partner with senior clients
