Crewing Supervisor

About the Role
We're looking for a people-focused, organised individual with administration experience to join our ever growing Crewing Team as a
Crewing Supervisor
. This role is key to keeping our vessels crewed, supported, and ready to sail. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and have a strong connection to the maritime world — this could be a great fit.
We're especially interested in hearing from Ex- Merchant Navy, Yacht or Cruise ship backgrounds. Your experience at sea will help you understand the needs of our crews and help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be in charge of the management of a fleet of four vessels duties include but not limited to,
* Organising crew travel, accommodation, and transport
* Making sure our vessels have the right crew onboard at all times
* Keeping crew rotas and records up to date
* Assisting with recruitment and checking crew qualifications
* Supporting crew welfare, performance management
* Visiting vessels to meet crew and gather feedback
* Working with the crewing team to improve life onboard
What We're Looking For
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A friendly, proactive attitude
* Comfortable using Excel and other IT systems
* A background in maritime work is a big plus
* Driving licence (you'll occasionally visit vessels around the UK and Europe)
* Willing to be part of an on-call rota (covering weekends/bank holidays)
* Desirable not essential - STCW + ENG 1
* Desirable not essential Marine COC
